FAQs About Life Coaching?
CAN I BECOME A COACH IN YOUR ORGANISATION?
We are always on the look out for new coaches to join our team. We recommend you look carefully at the minimum requirements in terms of degrees, certifications and experience so you can see the level of expertise and the personality and work ethic qualities that we would expect. We have high expectations of our coaches yet at the same time we also give them a great platform and freedom to grow. We are looking for coaches throughout all of the UAE.
HOW DO WE KNOW YOUR COACHES ARE AS QUALIFIED AS YOU SAY?
All our coaches have the certifications that are promoted on this site. Upon request they are happy to provide them via email or in person during the strategy session. Please do ask of them and the same when you approach other organisations.
DO YOU OFFER ANY PARENT COACHING ALONGSIDE THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT LIFE COACHING?
Whilst we normally offer ten to twelve sessions of paent coaching we can offer a shorter 4-session package of parent development coaching for parents who have registered for the child coaching. In this we evaluate family life currently, look at the family’s priorities, set about designing a mission statement and then provide structure and consistent consequences and rewards. It’s a powerful experience that really sets clear expectations for all parties and gets everyone on the same page.
DO YOU OFFER TEAMBUILDING FOR ORGANISATIONS?
Teambuilding is one of our most popular services. We run this service whether your team is only 30 or if it is 1000 people. The guarantee from our side is your team will have so much fun and the coaches will bring high energy and expertise to each event. We like to design themes for our teambuilding whether it is Roman Day, Beach Games or our favourite ‘The Apprentice Challenge.’

The major difference between people who opt for life development coaching and those who choose clinical psychology is the state of mind. Compared to psychology where troubled people approach psychologists, life coaches mainly deal with healthy and ambitious individuals who are looking for ways to better their lives.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE COACHING AND PSYCHOLOGY?
Despite being similar in nature, that of helping, clinical psychology and life coaching is two different streams. It is safe to assume that all clients that choose life-coaching desire change in themselves and the situation around them. This may not be true for most clinical psychology patients as they continually struggle with their issues from the past. Life coaching attracts individuals who seek change out of want and not need. Another important factor that sets apart life coaching from clinical psychology is the rate of change in the client or patient. While clinical psychology relies on time to bring about developments and personality changes, life coaching relies on the change brought about by results
