WHAT IS HEALTH & WELLNESS DEVELOPMENT COACHING?

Health and wellness development coaching is a way of bringing you to the peak of your physical appearance as well as bringing you emotional balance. The coaching and nutrition process combined acts to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be and will leave you looking and feeling years younger.

The health and wellness coaching journey is unique in that it tackles your eating and nutrition habits as well as looking into your daily life rituals and how they are impacting on your emotional state. By hiring a NLP trained life coach with years of experience in nutrition and GAPS work you will be in the best hands to improve your physical and emotional life quickly. They will give you the skills, support and accountability and also help you learn the tools, questions and strategies in order to coach yourself and make the right lifestyle choices. Ultimately through the process you will become an all round healthier and happier person.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Our main aim from the very beginning of the coaching journey is to put you at ease and get you to see that we are here to support you and that the coaching process is confidential and free from judgment. We do this through an initial relationship building and strategy session.

The fact that you trust us to develop you is something we are humbled by and that is why we are so passionate about creating an environment purely for you and for your success.

For health and wellness life coaching to be successful we need time and a good fit between the coach and you. Before we ask for a long term coaching commitment we arrange a one off relationship and strategy session.  This is typically 50-60 minutes where we audit your life and see where you are now physically and emotionally and where you want to get to in order to be happier. By the end of this session you will know how the coaching and nutrition process works and can make an informed decision about whether you can see how it can benefit you and want to commit to a health and wellness coaching journey.

Process Summary:

  • We hold an initial 50-60 minute strategy and relationship health & wellness consultation with you in an informal relaxed setting
  • We send notes of the strategy and relationship session in 48 working hours
  • We design and plan a personalised success plan for you within 72 hours

Once all parties are happy to continue we ask for a commitment to a health and wellness coaching journey, which includes:

  • Twelve to sixteen bi weekly sessions of personalised one to one health and wellness development life coaching sessions spread over a six to eight month period
  • Two personal nutritional plans
  • Regular body composition analysis and body measurements
  • Summary of notes from each session including strategies and tools and key learning emailed within 48 working hours.
  • Optional agreed action steps set to be done between sessions
  • Regular text, email and phone support with book recommendations, strategies and articles to aid development
  • 10% off our recommended personal trainers and discounted nutritional supplements.
  • Discounted health and wellness audio or face to face hypnosis sessions
